Methodology for Developing a Strategy for Implementing Digital Technologies

7. Definition of core values

Core values reflect an organization’s fundamental beliefs and principles, guiding member behavior and shaping culture. The structure of values consists of short, affirmative statements. Values are revised every 7–10 years. They answer the questions: “How will we work?” and “Which principles do we follow?”

The table contains examples of core values from four Croatian and four international higher education institutions.
