4. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
Inclusion is a priority of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (Agenda 2030). It not only emphasizes the obligation that "no one will be left behind" but also the agreement "to reach those in greatest need first."
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted in 2015, contains 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that all countries are required to achieve by 2030.
