Through the influence of globalization, the idea of projects and project management is becoming widespread and, in the future, will probably take on larger scales. Although this idea was originally conceived in the economy sector, today it is undoubtedly expanding into other areas of human activity. Project culture is considered one of the most important factors of successful project realization. Growth, development and respectively, execution of a business system strategy and realization of project program alongside project management are also dependent on project culture. It is worth noting that today, in the context of education we often come across the term project, but its meaning is not fully defined. Activities ranging from school plays, special days commemorations, workshops up to short-term and long-term EU projects are considered a project. So, it can be said that there is no agreement on what the word project means, nor are there any concrete jobs/activities to which this meaning could be attributed.
The aim of this course is, through its seven modules, to familiarize teachers with elements of good project management and enable them to carry out the projects.
