The analysis revealed that the certificate issuance process had an average rating of 2.8, while the availability and quality of digital teaching materials received a score of 4.2. Based on these findings, the recommendation was to introduce an e-service for certificate issuance and to standardize the format of digital materials to improve their consistency and accessibility.
