5. Self-assessment tool of the level of well-being and mental health of higher education institutions

To enable the higher education institution to perform a self-evaluation, certain instruments for self-assessing the level of well-being and mental health of higher education institutions have been developed, one of which is listed below.

For the self-assessment of the level of well-being and mental health of higher education institutions, you can use the self-assessment tool.

This self-assessment tool was developed to encourage universities to plan and apply a holistic approach to mental health, in accordance with the framework: Stepchange: Mentally Healthy Universities.

The tool is aligned with the content and approach of the Student Minds University Mental Health Charter and enables higher education institutions to self-assess—that is, to evaluate their current practices and identify areas for improvement in ensuring the mental health and well-being of their students and staff.
