Example of user satisfaction survey on digital technology use

Review and study an example of good practice in conducting a survey on the satisfaction of digital technology users called “Merlin e-learning system user satisfaction survey”, which is conducted annually by the SRCE e-learning Center.

Pay attention to:

• the structure and arrangement of questions in the survey
• the types of questions used (e.g., closed, open, combined)
• the areas of satisfaction that are examined (e.g., technical support, pedagogical usability, ease of use)
• the way the results are presented and interpreted.

Notice which components, approaches and example questions can be transferred to your own survey that you will develop later in this topic. In this way, you will have the opportunity to use proven practice and adapt it to the specific needs of your e-college.
