Introduction
Self-assessment is a key step in developing self-regulated learning for teachers, as it encourages reflection on your own abilities, tracks progress, and guides professional development. Regular evaluation of your knowledge and skills allows you to recognise areas in which you are already successful, as well as identify competencies that need further strengthening. Based on this, you can build your plan for continuous professional development using available CARNET e-courses and other resources.
