This means it is necessary to have a valid legal basis, clearly defined from the outset, to collect only the minimum necessary data, and to ensure transparency in the operation of the algorithm. Informed consent from the student is required, meaning the student must be informed about how their data is used, who has access to it, how long it will be stored, and that they have the right to access, delete, or correct their data. Another challenge is the "black box" effect, when the teacher does not know how the system makes decisions, making responsibility unclear. This can lead to serious consequences, such as assigning the student an inappropriate level or direction of learning. It is important for teachers to monitor the entire process and ensure fairness and quality in learning.

It is clear that artificial intelligence can help, but only if teachers, higher education institutions, and education systems know how to use it responsibly, while respecting the rights of students, teachers, and other stakeholders in the education system.

Artificial intelligence can help teachers monitor progress, identify difficulties, and adjust teaching content, but human judgment is essential.

Artificial intelligence provides data, but the teacher interprets it, asks questions, and offers guidance that the tool cannot provide.

I think the artificial intelligence tool helped me pointing out what was causing me the most difficulty in the text. I noticed that it indicated my main issue was understanding the text, so I started to focus more on the introductory and concluding sentences. However, I did not fully understand the problem until we discussed its essence in person.

Personalization with the help of artificial intelligence opens up many possibilities, but it requires responsible and thoughtful application. Now we must answer the question: how can we use artificial intelligence to better understand the needs of our students without losing the human touch in teaching?
