Description

In this workshop, participants collaborate in small groups to develop proposals for guidelines or policies that ensure ethical management of privacy and security in digital assessment processes. The activity approaches the topic from both institutional and teaching perspectives, taking into account legal and pedagogical aspects.

Task:

  • analyse existing guidelines and examples of good practice

  • identify key challenges and needs within your own educational context

  • design a short policy proposal or a set of recommendations that includes measures for privacy protection, transparency in the use of data, and responsible application of technology in assessment

  • upload the document within this activity

  • participate in peer review

Key elements the proposal should include:

  1. principles of ethical assessment (e.g., fairness, transparency, responsibility)

  2. measures for data privacy and security protection

  3. recommended tools and digital practices

  4. role of teachers and support for students

The instructor provides feedback and encourages connecting proposed solutions with real institutional policies and practices.
