Activity Description
This activity is designed as group work to encourage participants to analyse and reflect on the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence (AI) in a modern educational environment. Each group consists of three to four members and is formed independently via the Group Selection link in the e-learning system.
The group's task is to create a short presentation (minimum five slides) in which, based on the materials studied and examples of good practice, they answer the following questions:

What does artificial intelligence mean to you, and how do you perceive it in the context of education?

What specific opportunity for the application of artificial intelligence do you recognise in your own educational environment?

What advantages do you expect from introducing artificial intelligence into the educational process?

What challenges or shortcomings do you notice when introducing artificial intelligence into the educational process?

What literature and research support your arguments (minimum three references for advantages and three references for disadvantages)?
One group member (the group leader) submits the presentation to the e-learning system. The group then collectively presents its work at an online meeting according to a previously agreed schedule.
Procedure:

Group formation:
- Each participant selects a group of three to four members via Group Selection in the e-learning system.

Material preparation:

Study the available materials and examples of good practice on the application of artificial intelligence in education.

Presentation creation:

All team members work together to create a presentation of at least five slides that includes answers to the listed questions.

Submission of work:

One group member (the group leader) uploads the joint presentation to the designated resource in the e-learning system.

Presentation and discussion:

Each group member presents their agreed part of the work according to the schedule at an online meeting (video conferencing system BBB - Loomen).
- Actively participate in the discussion and answer questions from other groups.

- In case of any questions about the assignment, use the Questions Forum.
- The instructor will provide you with feedback and points after the assessment.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Workshop (Moodle Workshop) – How does it work?
Purpose: Learn through peer assessment and understand the quality criteria.
Stages of the activity:
- Setting up – The instructor defines the rules and rubric (participants wait).
- Submission – Submit your work by the specified deadline.
- Assessment – Receive several peers’ works and assess them using the rubric.
- Grade calculation – The system calculates scores for your work and your assessments.
- Closed – You can see the final points and feedback.
Important: Always read the rubric carefully first. There are deadlines for both phases (submission and assessment).
