In this workshop, you may work independently or collaborate in small groups. Your task is to design strategies and tools for preserving the credibility of assessment in digital environments. The workshop is based on analysing examples of good practice and reflecting on challenges in your own context (Analysis of Good Practice Examples).
Workshop sequence:
-
identify potential risks to the credibility of assessment in your own courses (e.g., cheating, bias, technical limitations)
-
create a proposal for a method or tool that reduces these risks (e.g., task format, digital tool, method of verification, additional rules)
-
present your solution to the group and provide constructive feedback to others
The instructor moderates the workshop, provides examples of good practice, poses guiding questions, and ensures alignment between proposed solutions and theoretical frameworks.
Workshop elements:
-
template for creating your solution
-
guidelines for providing feedback to peers (e.g., clarity, feasibility, alignment with learning outcomes)
-
option to write a short reflection after the workshop
